With a comprehensive suite of financial reporting tools, both owners and tenants have complete access to view their invoices, year-end tax documents, leases, and other relevant information.
Rent Collections
Tenants could make online rent payments via debit, credit, or checking account, which ensures payments are received without delay.
We collect rent, enforce late fees, and deposit United States funds directly into investors’ United States dollar accounts at their local financial institution.
Bill Payments
To ensure a simple and stress-free rental process for our clients, we will gladly pay bills on investors’ behalf, including utility, insurance, maintenance, repairs, taxes, and HOAs.
End of Tenancy
At lease-end, we perform a move out inspection to ensure that the property is vacated in adequate condition.
In the unlikely event that an eviction is required, we will work together with our legal experts to get the matter resolved quickly and efficiently.
Lease Renewals
We complete thorough market assessments and increase the rental rate in accordance with market trends.
Our leases are state-approved and contain strict clauses to protect the owners.
